eBuzz is Eyeson’s secure team communication platform designed for retail and pawn environments, allowing employees to send instant silent alerts, coordinate discreetly through private team chat, and notify managers or owners in real time when suspicious activity or operational issues arise.  

The Stay With Me service adds an additional layer of protection by connecting users to trained agents who can remain on the line with them during uncomfortable or potentially unsafe situations and escalate to emergency services if necessary. This is a cloud-based online service subscription (not a physical item) that can be used on smartphones, POS terminals, or tablets to improve employee safety, communication, and incident response inside the store.
